Who We are:
The Interfaith Council of Jacksonville is an organization which brings leaders of many faiths together for mutual sharing. The Council's Mission Statement expresses well the purpose by which the Council is guided. "...to improve the level of understanding, communication and respect among all religious faiths in the community; to identify issues of paramount priority to the religious community; and to develop suitable programs and projects in response to the priorities identified by the Council."
The members of the Interfaith Council invite you to share in their pursuit of becoming more informed. More informed means more sensitive toward people whose faith expression is different from one's own.
